"Getting guest feedback"

I think the hospitality industry and in this case the restaurants must urgently investigate new methods to get guest feedback. Has anybody asked to the guest if they want to give their feedback?, has anybody thought over the response index?. I believe the hospitality industry is anchoraged in the past, let us be more creative, more innovative, people is not interested in filling up surveys, testt, etc.!!!
I do not agree with the conclusion that there is a need for green hotels from the point of view of the guests. I think the guests are looking for location, price and then it appears the different tastes of the guests. The actual trend to go for green hotels responds to a need for the hotel companies to show their concern about the enviroment and at the same time diffierentate from the competitors.
